Judging Criteria:
A professional panel of judges and the organizing committee will evaluate all entries based on five key criteria to ensure a rigorous, professional, fair, and independent selection process, aiming to recognize outstanding and high-performing enterprises in the industry:

- Customer Satisfaction
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Positive and Proactive Corporate Attitude
The award ceremony will be held on Friday, 25 February 2027. On the same occasion, a seminar themed “Co-creation: Enhancing the Competitive Edge of the Jewellery Industry” will take place.
Distinguished business leaders will share their insights on excellence in business operations and discuss how enterprises can break through industry barriers and scale up their businesses by leveraging “co-creation” and “enhancement”.
How to Apply:
Participating enterprises must complete the online application form and submit the following materials:
- A brief description (no more than 200 words) addressing the five judging criteria:

- Customer Satisfaction
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Positive and Proactive Industry Attitude
- Integration of Tradition and Innovation
- A copy of the valid Business Registration Certificate or Business License
- Copies of relevant supporting documents (e.g., awards, certificates, media coverage, etc.)
- If possible, please upload supporting materials showcasing representative products, services, solutions, technologies, brands, or achievements for evaluation.

Application Notes:
- Applicants must be enterprises or organizations based in Hong Kong, Macau, the Greater Bay Area, Mainland China, or other parts of Asia.
- A valid copy of the Business Registration Certificate or relevant proof of business registration is required.
Operating Experience:
- Businesses must have been in operation for at least 2 years.
- Innovative and high-potential startups are also welcome to apply.
Other Requirements:
- No serious legal violations, unresolved legal disputes, or credibility issues.
- Must not engage in plagiarism or misrepresentation; good reputation is essential.
- Willing to provide necessary documentation, participate in the evaluation process, and agree to public display if selected.
- Agree to authorize the organizer to reasonably use submitted materials and trademarks in promotional and published materials.
- To ensure fairness, members of the judging panel, organizing committee, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in any award categories.
Important Notes:
- In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
- Upon successful submission of the application form, an automatic confirmation email will be sent on the same day, and our team will contact the corporate applicant within three working days.
- All submitted information, including documents and files related to the participating enterprise, will not be returned and will be destroyed within six months after the conclusion of the event.
- The organizer, SourcingGuides, reserves all final decision-making rights and retains the right to modify, postpone, or make changes to the content, production, and arrangements of the event without prior notice. No objections from any party will be accepted.
